HOMARUS was born from a simple idea: what if you could take the best of Maine's coastline — real, fresh lobster — and make it portable? Not lobster flavoring, not a gimmick, but actual Maine lobster chunks in a snack you can take anywhere.

Based in Kennebunkport's historic Dock Square, we're rooted in a community that has lived off the sea for generations. The lobster industry isn't just commerce here — it's heritage, identity, and way of life. HOMARUS brings that heritage into a new form.

Break open a HOMARUS stick and you'll see the difference. Real chunks of Maine lobster, visible and generous. Blended with premium beef and artisan-crafted in small batches, each stick delivers 10g of protein with zero sugar.

Why "Homarus"?

Homarus americanus — it's the scientific name for the American lobster, the species that has defined Maine's coast for centuries. We chose it because it speaks to what we are: authentic, uncompromising, and deeply connected to the source.

Our three recipes — Harbor Classic, Pacific Rim, and Spice Market — each bring a different perspective to the lobster meat stick. From our signature original to curry-spiced and Asian-inspired, every flavor starts with the same foundation: real Maine lobster, crafted with care.
